How does it work?

Simply click Book Now on our website to begin the process. Fill out the basic information needed for us to assess your security needs, a member of our team will then call you to confirm the booking. Finally, a guard or multiple guards will arrive at the address you inputted.

How much does it cost?

The cost of the service will depend on the requirements made during your booking. Some of the criteria which can alter the price of your bookings are location, time, skills required and perceived risk.

How do I pay for the services?

A member of our team will contact you to inform you of the price of the service you require. Once agreed, we pre authorise a credit/debit card to that amount. We only take full payment from your account when the security booking you have requested is completed.

How will I know which guard(s) I am assigned?

As part of the booking confirmation procedure we will email you a PDF document which will include an image of the assigned security officer(s) as well as their full name, contact details, experience and relevant skills.

Is the service available 24/7?

Our guards are available to operate 24/7 if requested as part of your booking. Please note that all online bookings are processed within business hours – Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
